SDET starter lab

In the academy repo: labs/sdet-starter. You hold this lab yourself — nobody else is in the room. Pass is a contract-shaped API test, a Playwright spec you extend, a flake you can explain, and an AI spec you keep or kill.

Required UI track: extend playwright/todo.spec.ts. Selenium and Cypress stay optional. A GitHub Action in this folder fails the build on a real API assertion.
